State is a great family where happiness, solidarity and tolerance are also necessary and important. Strengthening the family, you thereby keep the country and country’s borders strong, guarantee the country’s tomorrow, its security and progress. 

The children brought up by you are the hope and support of our Homeland, the reliable guarantor of peace and security. Due to you, peace and our security are always in reliable hands, as the Motherland’s soldier, swearing to the Homeland, swears also to his mother.

I am sure that tomorrow will be brighter and more secure, and confident in that, your role will keep being crucial, dear women.
